  1. Which states do you currently ship to?

    Andegavia currently ships to these states, including:

    AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT*, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NH, NY, OH*, OR, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA, WA, WI, WY                                                                                                                           
    * We expect to begin shipping to these states very shortl. Please contact service@andegavia.com for more information. Some of our new product requires additional registration and may not be immediately available to all states. Please note: orders being shipped to Massachusetts will have FedEx 3-Day Shipping as the only shipping option.                                                                    

  2. What shipping service do you use to ship the wine?

    We utilize UPS as our main shipping service, offering 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air options. We highly recommend you ship to an address (residential or business) where someone will be able to receive your wine on the first delivery attempt. Please note: orders being shipped to Massachusetts will have FedEx 3-Day Shipping as the only shipping option. 

  3. How much does shipping cost?

    For our casks we offer flat-rate UPS 3 Day Select shipping to 35 states starting at $9.99 for one cask, $14.99 for two and $17.99 for three casks (one case). 

    The cost to ship bottled wines depends on how many you order and where you live. Our 375ml samples are only $7.50 for flat-rate ground shipping to 35 states. You will have an opportunity to check shipping costs in our checkout process prior to ordering.

  4. Do I have to be home to receive the delivery?

    Someone 21 or older must be available to sign for the shipment. We suggest enrolling in UPS My Choice to manage delivery windows or shipping your wine to a business address. Wine cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

  5. What if my wine is damaged when it gets here?

    In the unlikely event that your wine shipment is damaged during transit, we’ll gladly send you a replacement free of charge. Please contact service@andegavia.com if you need to return a product.

  6. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy

    We have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee policy for wine purchased directly on our website. We guarantee you'll love our wine, but in the unlikely event that you don’t, we’ll send you a replacement or a store credit for the amount to use on our website. Please contact service@andegavia.com if you need to return a product (a restocking fee may apply).

  7. What about Sales Tax?

    For states that require us to collect / pay sales tax we will be passing that cost through to you (up to 8.75% depending on the state).

  9. What is the proper way to store/serve cask wine?

    We suggest storing/serving our white cask wine in the refrigerator and our red wine on your kitchen counter or wet bar. We suggest decanting your wine or serving it in a carafe to allow the wine to open up and to enhance aromas and flavors.

  10. Does the cask wine have a shelf life if it is not opened?

    Shelf life of unopened cask wine is 12 months.

  11. Does cask wine need to be decanted before enjoyed?

    Although it is not necessary to let the wine breathe prior to drinking, we suggest decanting your wine or serving it in a carafe to allow the wine to open up and to enhance aromas and flavors.

  12. I’ve opened my cask and started enjoying my wine, how long will the wine stay fresh for?

    The anticipated drinkability window for our cask wine is 4 weeks. 

  13. What if I can’t locate the tap after opening?

    The tap is located in lower left-hand corner of the cask behind the "Press to Open" perforated circle. If you have difficulty finding it, please contact service@andegavia.com.

  14. I’ve finished the wine, how do should I dispose of the packaging?

    All of the materials used in our cask packaging are 100% recyclable, from the corrugated box to the plastic bladder. We ask that you recycle these materials and keep them out of local landfills. 

  15. What are the materials of your cask packaging made from?

    The exterior of the casks is made from corrugated cardboard, the paper liner is kraft paper, and the bladder is made from #7 plastic. All of these items are 100% recyclable!

  16. What are the dimensions and weight of a cask of your wine?

    Our beautifully designed casks have dimensions of 9 inches tall, 7 inches deep and 5 inches wide. The total weight of the cask with wine is approximately 7 lbs.
